Shipping and Returns

Shipping rates are estimated for checkout and credit card authorization. Freight costs will be confirmed at the time of shipment and applied to your card.  

Orders with multiple line items may be packaged together into fewer boxes to provide reduced freight charges. 

If you prefer to use your own FedEx or UPS shipper account, contact us for setup.  

For special delivery details or receiving hours, please enter the information in the Shipping Instructions field.

Returns for In-Stock products are permitted within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange; a restocking charge will be applied.  All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please contact us to obtain the RMA. Returned merchandise must be clean, unused, and in its original packaging. Freight charges are non-refundable.  

All other products not listed as In-Stock are built to order, generally with one- to three-week lead times.  Returns are not permitted for built to order products.

If a freight estimate is not provided during checkout, a default charge of $200 for shipping will be added at checkout for the credit card authorization. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can manually obtain a freight quote. While we have strived to make the checkout process as smooth as possible, some exceptions may occur as we transition to the new web store.

We ship within the continental US, AK, HI and to Canada*.  We do not currently offer international shipments through the web store (except for Canada.) We may be able to accommodate international orders through Midwest Filter and process your order manually; please contact  us.
