Applications requiring high flow rates or extreme temperature filtration of gases and fluids; 304 Stainless Steel pleated cartridge provides the best solution. This cleanable pleated design produces roughly 2.2 square feet of surface filtration per 10 inch length cartridge (4.4 per 20 inch length, 6.6 per 30 inch length, etc.). 

These cartridges come in choice of 10 different lengths and 14 particle removal ratings with 4 different Grommet (seal) materials to fit your specific application needs.

Cartridges are crimped and welded for superior durability and support without any adhesvies, thus increasing temperature range and reducing a possibility of adhesive contamination.

The dimension drawing shows grommet outer diameter 1-7/8", inner diameter 1-1/8", and overall pleated width of 2-5/8". Cartridge length will vary depending on your application. We have a chart that shows all possible lengths and micron rating configurations. If you have a specific cartridge that is not listed on the graph below please contact us.

The combination of Lengths, Micron ratings, and Grommet materials results in hundreds of part numbers. To help you create a part number specific to your needs; go to page "PLC" and build your custom required cartridge. When building your cartridge, choose your Micron Rating needed, length of the cartridge, and Grommet material.
